From the Desk of Chairman
This college was established in 1999 with the objective of imparting excellent technical education to the students of Shekhawati region in particular and the students of Rajasthan and India in general. From time to time, we take stock of the situation and evaluate our achievements and failures. In other words, we do the self-introspection and see to what extent we have been able to achieve our objectives and how much work still remains to be performed.
Sikar is a part of Shekhawati region which is famous not only for valor and martyrdom but also in the field of commerce, literature, fine arts, Physical, biological and chemical science. However, it did not have any center for technical education before Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS, Pilani) came into existence.
Moreover, the aspiring students, particularly those who come from the remotest parts of Rajasthan and other rural areas, never feel alienated when they enroll with us.
This is primarily because of the overwhelming support they enjoy from their peer group, faculty and management. The campus life makes them enthralled, cherished and more importantly, at ease. The beauty of the campus, its serenity, calm and quietness, the gracious look of building, the greenery and lush landscape all around the campus will make everyone feel rejuvenated and charged up with positive energy to take on challenges. This juxtaposed with best academic infrastructure and can perhaps extract best of any ordinary student. And such is the ideal ambience to ignite your mind and spirit.
